    Pros

    Continued Growth. Great Leadership. Awesome Team. Highly skilled environment. Technical orientation overall. Highly recommend!

    Cons

    Lots of changes. Lots of new acquisitions. Lots of new system integrations. Lots of management changes.

    Advice to Management

    Just be patient for things to smooth out and calm down overall!

    Pros

    Working with long time customers made it worthwhile

    Cons

    Too many to name.terrible management.expected to do loads of work and put up with bullcrap for little pay... Too much micromanaging,plus they promote based on favoritism.

    Advice to Management

    Your appreciation for your employees are based on actions, not just words.if you take care of your employees maybe they'll stay longer!!

    Pros

    Some good technologies and strong leadership at the project level.

    Cons

    Out-of-touch, overcentralised management-can-do-no-wrong corporate culture. A pronounced tendency to make employees pay the price for bad executive decisions.

    Advice to Management

    Occasionally at least pretend to solicit feedback from people who don't know the Secret Manager Handshake. You might actually learn something!

    I worked at KORE full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

    Great industry with some fantastic clients, including Fortune 100. Global reach with offices in England, Amsterdam, Singapore, Melbourne, Sao Paulo, Toronto, Winnipeg, and several in the U.S.

    Cons

    Prior to Alex Brisbourne's retirement as CEO he hired an entire C-Suite and many other high ranking people were brought in with high titles. There was little attention paid to company morale, chemistry and the original employees were completely looked over for promotions, including several who were the foundation for our success.

    In addition, some of the hire's were clearly brought in as a show of equality when they were not suited for a leadership role either in experience, fit or as a visionary.

    As a result, the company became top heavy. In-fighting among the execs was distracting, the culture which was once close became fractious seemingly overnight.

    Advice to Management

    Establish a clear mission statement that is real and speaks to growth and the people who stand behind the brand.

    They work you like a slave for little pay.

    Give better raises and your employees will stay longer.

    Pros

    Very little aside from being in the IOT industry which is growing

    Cons

    Confusing and convoluted product offerings. Clueless management with a culture of fear and intimidation. Endless succession of executives who leave shortly after being hired. Company focused on adding more executive sales positions and ignoring the chaos at the product level.

    Advice to Management

    To the person writing the fake Glassdoor reviews: Try harder. You're fooling no one with the canned, copy and pasted reviews. Sad that you had to resort to this.

    Good leadership team
    Take suggestions/recommendations seriously
    Good work/life balance

    Cons

    This is not a negative, rather a reality. The company has (and will most likely) continue to grow rapidly in the future. If you do not like a fast-paced, ever-changing environment where there are several gray areas, KORE is not for you.

    Advice to Management

    Continue to listen to employees, especially those on the front lines.

    Pros

    Leading IoT MVNO, stable, fair benefits, growing product portfolio, global expansion. Good work life balance relative to many tech companies. KORE is respected in the industry.401k with matching is nice.

    Cons

    Integration of 3 companies in 4 years is not without challenges. Communications between teams and multiple locations has room for improvement.Vacation and compensation are just ok and some relatively minor tweaks would be well received by employees.

    Advice to Management

    Continue to be open to input from all levels and with the quarterly all hands calls. Clearly define and evangelize the vision and support it with a time and feature bound roadmap. Set up some shared overall annual bonus program for all employees even if not major $ in order to build team spirit and excitement.
