    I worked at KORE full-time

    Pros

KORE employees are some of the best, most positive and team oriented people I've worked with.

    Cons

Due to the growth stage of the company, there is a new executive team in place and they are not all on the same page. With the CEO retiring soon there is even a more pronounced tension at the executive level.

The culture of the company is changing rapidly with the new, and several of the new hires have a pronounced entitlement and negative aura to them which is driving a wedge in the company. There is going to be considerable change over the next 18-months. Leadership is going to be crucial and right now, there are issues.

    Advice to Management

Bring in a new CEO and provide a vision for the company to get behind and strive towards.

I worked at KORE full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

Very little aside from being in the IOT industry which is growing

    Cons

Confusing and convoluted product offerings. Clueless management with a culture of fear and intimidation. Endless succession of executives who leave shortly after being hired. Company focused on adding more executive sales positions and ignoring the chaos at the product level.

    Advice to Management

To the person writing the fake Glassdoor reviews: Try harder. You're fooling no one with the canned, copy and pasted reviews. Sad that you had to resort to this.

    Pros

    Good leadership team
    Take suggestions/recommendations seriously
    Good work/life balance

    Cons

This is not a negative, rather a reality. The company has (and will most likely) continue to grow rapidly in the future. If you do not like a fast-paced, ever-changing environment where there are several gray areas, KORE is not for you.

    Advice to Management

Continue to listen to employees, especially those on the front lines.

I have been working at KORE full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Leading IoT MVNO, stable, fair benefits, growing product portfolio, global expansion. Good work life balance relative to many tech companies. KORE is respected in the industry.401k with matching is nice.

    Cons

Integration of 3 companies in 4 years is not without challenges. Communications between teams and multiple locations has room for improvement.Vacation and compensation are just ok and some relatively minor tweaks would be well received by employees.

    Advice to Management

Continue to be open to input from all levels and with the quarterly all hands calls. Clearly define and evangelize the vision and support it with a time and feature bound roadmap. Set up some shared overall annual bonus program for all employees even if not major $ in order to build team spirit and excitement.

    "Inside Sales-National Account manager"

I worked at KORE full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Nice People, office nice and management would like to see improvements in processes and service to customers. I liked role and job in what was historically been but new management wants to see sales grow in NAM position as well. Very doable but outside sales was not happy with that-

They kept saying they liked me and 2 out of 3 reps seemed to like work I was doing for them--but had to "step lite" as 1 outside rep didn't like all changes was attempting to reject me before I started.

    Cons

Have you sign a 90 day probationary period-easy way to get you out.

Inside sales staff new to attempt to drive more sales within organization. As National Account Manager, inside team was pushing for you to drive more farming at existing accounts but current role does not support that--there was a battle over what role definition should be & lost the job because of that.

Also pay lower than what you find at most companies for this role but give you the incentive they will move you up quickly. Cannot do that if do not know what you is correct for the role or not-it is definitely not what is in the job description online--should be but sales teams upset with you if customer complaints. Becomes what did you say/do to instigate the customer being upset. Customer had CEO, COO, 2 directors complain for 1 hour on 1st introductory call.

You support 3+ outside sales people and one did not like change for other NAM so his whole intent was to make me look bad to Outside Sales Manager to get other NAM put back in place. In the end with both ended up without the position and I'm out of work.

Extreme Serviceability issues with customers- try bring to the attention of sales team but it became the reason for job lose. Step lightly.

    Advice to Management

National Account Manager role needs to be defined to ensure you are not blamed for attempting to do what Inside management says but outside sales reps not happy--not sure how to handle without challenges.

    Pros

Lots of the customers are great people to work with in such a high touch role. When a customer is happy and growing, it is easy to ride that success and just try to keep them happy.

    Cons

Way too many complicated products and SKUs making managing customer information a nightmare. Shady leadership and strategy. More of an old boys country club culture than a customer focused culture.

    Advice to Management

Listen to your employees and be transparent with where the company is going.
