Pros

There really is no pros to speak of as the time spent here was the worst mistake imaginable. Run, do not walk, away from any recruiter pitching you on this organization. **Correction, their only saving grace is the expertise of Jim Smith - he is the glue that has held their business together for so long from an Executive Leadership standpoint while the CEO searches for ways to blow it up.**

Cons

Movement to a shoddy, homegrown CRM system midway through Q2, More Executives than actual sales team - extremely bloated at the top, Egotistical CEO, Commissions are paid really whenever they feel like it - they are held quarterly and can take months to payout after the expected date to receive them Insanely poor leadership from a Sales perspective for their Executive with the made up title of "Chief Strategy Officer" - what a joke! He has no clue how to build relationships and cultivate business - vendors, customers and employees have shared their dislike for the way he engages with them

Pros

In a sales position, the pay is decent and the comp plan is pretty good. Getting paid on time is another story.

Cons

Micro-managing to the "T". CEO is exactly what others have said; egotistical, never wrong, rules with intimidation, zero regards for your time, etc. The only reason he has a rating of 2, is because of the fake post on here. The worst part is the company is not financially stable and cash flow is an extreme concern. The company relies on a couple of big clients to keep the operation afloat, which leads to commissions being paid late quarters at a time. The biggest impact of this is not being able to refund clients, credit clients, or pay partners back on time and without any communication. Please don't believe any of the positive reviews, while employed with the company, leadership asked everyone to please post positive reviews to detract from the negative. Do yourself a favor and take the negative reviews to heart and avoid this company.

Pros

Snacks and drinks, which might be gone by this point.

Cons

- Workload is way too much for anyone, leading to burning out. Stay a year, burn out, leave. - The benefits are not good, but they act like they are something great. - They promote work/life balance, but it does not exist. They are kidding themselves saying it does. I personally know that 2 married people got divorced because of LoadSpring and 1 that was having some issues because of it. It is literally called the LoadSpring Widow! - There is so much more, but I don't want to sound bitter. Just read all the reviews and do the best thing for your family.
