    Pros

    CEO, Don Weber, is bomb! LHI has AWESOME benefits, free on-site clinic, paid wellness time (you go work out for 3 hours and get paid for it!!!), great culture of wellness, good supervisor, relaxed work environment, very nice co-workers, beautiful campus, clean atmosphere, lots of career advancement oppurtunies!

    Cons

    Wage, Sitting in cubicle all day

    Advice to Management

    Let lazy, unproductive, and rude people go! They are hurting the company!

    Hard to advance, expectations can sometimes be much too high for the amount of things to do in a day, rules and expectations are not always clear cut

    The morale of the employees is incredibly important and if they don’t feel appreciated then they are not likely to do their best work.

    You can choose if you want/can work and event or not. System is easy to learn and easy to keep up with. Management is easy to contact and are usually very responsive with any issues. Super independent type work.

    Cons

    Not a steady flow of events and not always in areas you can easily access.

    Leadership staff is mostly inadequate and not qualified to lead in any capacity. Stop promoting your best friends and consider actual qualifications....please.
