    Pros

La Crosse Wisconsin is a great place to lI've as I have resided here for many many years. There are no pros to this company except for top executive profitability.

    Cons

Started with lack of interview respect, courtesy and integrity. You are only a number to make certain individuals richer. Major micro management, lack of trust and confidence in you as a team member. Pay low, lots of hours, minimum consideration for salary increases, denial of PTO that you have already aquired. The management staff overall is to young with lack of management experience. You can only be a real leader after having years of experience actually leading. Stay away from this company.

    Advice to Management

Place proper qualified leaders in place for starters. The previous CEO needs to open his eyes as a company that grows to fast without proper leadership and infrastructure can fail quickly. The HR recruiting depth as well as IT needs to be restructured and evaluated. Lots of things falling through the cracks here.

I have been working at Logistics Health Incorporated full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Friendly environment and amazing health benefits. Love the people that work there and serving our veterans

    Cons

Hardly any room to advance if you're not among the group of friends that make up the leadership team. Terrible pay with the justification being that our health benefits make up for it. Health insurance doesn't pay my rent and utilities.

I have been working at Logistics Health Incorporated (More than a year)

    Pros

Lots of people willing to help you out when you get stuck. Lots of people that will be there for you. Very understanding about time off. Can work from home whenever you want. It's pretty cool. Benefits are nice.

    Cons

There really are no cons at all with working at Logistics Health Incorporated. IT's a great workplace and they do a lot to help you out. Great management. Great leadership. Great lower management. Great everything about this company. Great.

    Advice to Management

The advice I'd give to management is that they need to be the same exact way that they are right now because they are great already and they need nothing to improve. This is the greatest place in the world.

I worked at Logistics Health Incorporated full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

LHI offers great benefits and job stability. Not many changes, meaning you can be comfortable for a long time. Beautiful office location right on the Mississippi.

    Cons

LHI is slow to adapt and adopt new ways of doing things. Updating the website is being lauded as a great achievement, when in fact the IT/Marketing team should be embarrassed that the website existed in a sad state for so long.

Very few growth opportunities. This is a great place to start a career or end one. But you cannot grow here.

There is also the growth problem. There have been no new contracts awarded to LHI in several years, leading some to feel that LHI is past its peak. LHI is decreasing in size due to attrition, there is no room in the budget to replace those who leave.

    Advice to Management

Trust in the new CEO. He seems to have his head on straight.

I have been working at Logistics Health Incorporated full-time

    Pros

Beautiful campus, lots of businesses close by, opportunities to take advantage of wellness benefits, best opportunity to help military and vets, executives are friendly and try to pass down good values

    Cons

Parking has always been an issue and it just gets worse the more Riverside Mgmt builds and expands. The pay is average to low and pay raises are very little to none even for hard working people. Supervisors are mostly young and inexperienced people who play favorites like they are still in high school. They put up a friendly front until it comes time for a review. Most of them supervise over positions that they never had so they don't realize how long it takes to process an order.

    Advice to Management

Leads and supervisors need to have less meetings and more time doing hands on work to see what it takes to do the jobs they are supervising.

I worked at Logistics Health Incorporated (More than 10 years)

    Pros

I worked for LHI because of the Service members and the way the company was when Don Weber was there. The new guy - Rob Betchly is phoney and shallow and manipulates the employees.

    Cons

Micromanagement, micromanagement, micromanagement from the Director level and up. They do not practice what they preach. Mid level management and below are treated poorly.

    Advice to Management

If you want to have engaged employees, pay attention to the way different Directors treat their teams. Shame on this company for saying they appreciate their employees.
