    To cut cost we all know that laying off is the most toughest decisions to take , but if that step need to be taken do it with respect, integrity and at least a good remuneration package.

    Pros

    Products are good and things move fast in terms of implementation of new things . Quite agressive bank focused on numbers and a great learning ground

    Cons

    Work load is too much . The management is not really botjered about employees and there is zero work life balance . HR is just a position in bank and has no power what so ever
