      Pros

      Not your typical corporate culture; it really is like a family. Annual Bonus plus Annual profit-sharing bonus. Many employee events throughout the year where prizes are given out.

      Cons

      In my department, there aren't very many on-boarding instructions.

      Great work environment and company culture. Good pay for a mid-sized company.

      Cons

      Somewhat constrained by parent company policies. Can't compete on salary with larger companies. Health insurence isn't all that good.
