It’s great to read that you believe we have a flexible work-life balance which enabled you to spend time with your family. For us, it's crucial that Miniclippers feel that they have a healthy work/ life balance – after all, our motto is “Work hard; play harder”! Regarding benefits as we mentioned we are always looking for improvement. Every year we take time to think about lifestyle needs of our employees and what is important to them, and to understand how “market practice” is evolving. Working from this we make changes to the benefits to try and ensure that they are really meaningful to employees but, from your feedback, it seems that we still have work to do. We are proud of all the progress we have been making, but of course, we are always looking for improvement. As you mentioned, we fully appreciate how important having clarity about Career Development opportunities is to our employees – as a result of the feedback given by Miniclippers on the 2018 Engagement Survey it is one of our top priorities for action this year, and we look forward to sharing more about this important project over the next few months. We are concerned to hear that you feel we have some “Unsatisfied/ toxic” people within the company – our view is that everyone is entitled to their views we would just ask that they share them with us directly so that we can try and address the issues they are concerned about so please do feel free to encourage people with concerns or complaints to talk to their Manager or the P&O team. Thank you for taking the time to review our company on Glassdoor although, of course, we are extremely disappointed to hear that you feel this way.

We fully recognise that, as an organisation, we are a “work in progress” and still have a lot to do and are working hard to improve things all of the time – it was good to see that there at least a couple of things which you feel we are doing well. The recent engagement survey, in which 95% of employees participated, highlighted some particular areas to focus on – Innovation, Leadership, and Career Development are all areas that were called out for attention and work are already underway on these topics. In the meantime, we will continue to run events like Hackathon to provide an opportunity for everyone to contribute ideas, and will also continue to invest heavily in the development of Managers and employees across the business. We would be delighted to hear your personal suggestions and ideas for how we can improve so please do share them directly with your manager, your Exec team member, or someone from the P&O team.... MoreLess
