Company has gone through a lot of changes as of late with leadership. Can be hard to understand what our focus is and where our sweet spot is in the market in comparison to other competitors, big & small.
Not a ton of transparency from the new CEO on changes and decisions being made. HRBPs could better guide their stakeholders on messaging and handling of sensitive information and decisions.
The product is also very complex and technical therefore it takes a lot to get up to speed on product knowledge.
