Pros

Met some really nice people here and the apartment buildings are really nice

Cons

If you come from a lower economic background, like me, you may struggle to fit in in certain departments. I experienced and witnessed snobbery from some colleagues and was made to feel like my ideas were never good enough. The business model caters to those with money so unfortunately, this is the mindset of some of the employees. I was belittled, spoken down to and unfortunately unable to bring my creativity to the job, as certain people only wanted things to be done in their way, which is not a great way to behave as different perspectives makes for better work place environments. My work would constantly be put down and I lost a lot of confidence, despite having multiple years of experience in my field and being very good at what I do. I did try and speak to someone about the issues I was experiencing, but it's very hard to change situations when certain people are in positions of power. Very overworked too. A lot of people working late or working over their hours on a regular basis. Very cult like environment too. Was criticised for not messaging and interacting on the group chat much which would go off constantly after work hours despite being new and not having much to say at the time. Avoid.

Pros

Moda’s buildings are excellent. Well presented & lovely setting to work in.

Cons

The environment is very toxic and definitely ran in a culture of fear. Highly pressurised leasing targets without a plan or direction on how to hit them. Sometimes baffling decisions such as trimming site team sizes when already understaffed. For example the resident ambassador rota didn't account for sickness or holiday when it was 5 team members which meant agency spend was excessive. Then they trimmed it to 4? It would have been far more cost effective to hire another team member with the agency cost. They had 3 operations directors in 18 months and the current one in particular is difficult to deal with. Baffling decisions and doesn't really seem to have many ideas of substance or expertise and a very poor leadership style. Some would call him a bully. The company seem to be placing a lot of faith in him and making some sweeping changes which are being very poorly received across department.
