    I worked at Moneycorp full-time

    Pros

I worked with the nicest people while working at Moneycorp. It is also a great location (Victoria) and a brand new office.

    Cons

You are paid (and not paid well) to do a job and that's it.

    Advice to Management

Treat your staff with more respect. Get better benefits.

    Negative Outlook

    Pros

-Training was good at providing you with a foundation in retail
-Used to get good fx rates for holiday (not applicable as of jan 2017)
    -Diverse cultures in workplace

    Cons

    - Terrible management too stuck up their own end to care about complaints for normal folk
    - Hiring standards fallen through the floor with too high a reliance on low skilled workers who can barely communicate in English or are young kids hitting a dead end in their career and treat work like their college social room
-Bonus structure incredibly tough and nearly impossible to make decent money from
    - Insane pressure to meet upsale targets and to sell cards
    - Most people left working there are either old and couldn't care less about the job or young failures who have hit a dead end in their career progression and bring negative vibes in the form of gossip and slander to the job
-Terrible pay for the stress and work you are expected to do

    Advice to Management

Increase hiring standards so that your staff isn't made up of the bottom of the unemployment barrel.

Increase rate of pay and make bonus structure actually reward hard work or give staff benefits that we deserve like what you have taken away

Get down to earth and actually care about us employees who bring in business to fill your pay checks or the company will go downhill

I worked at Moneycorp full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

Decent salary and commission scheme, great team mates, good back office system, respected company within the industry so lots of companies/individuals are happy to use our services
