      Pros

      Good opportunity to learn new technology and position yourself for next role. If you want to do something, you will have the opportunity even if you lack the experience

      Cons

      CEO believes he knows most things and doesn't listen to feedback too much. He also pretends to have experience that he doesn't have and is quite unethical. Salaries are not too high and he doesn't show much respect for his employees.

      Likable and fun recruiting team

      Cons

      CEO is more involved in the project business and doesn't take the time to get to know staff and show appreciation for the "small wins/placements." Your Boss is the biggest factor in your career success, a boss who doesn't show appreciation for the small things and doesn't "trust" won't give you the opportunities to grow and find success.
