      Nice to help DoD personel

      Cons

      Shady business practices up to regional level. So poorly understaffed that when management is investigated for illegal practices against staff they look the other way to avoid needing to hire and train more management. A government entity that practices as a private business, not following all government personel norms such as holiday or admin pay. I hope this isn't the whole company, but it was an issue in the south east.

      part timers have option to enroll in health and retirement benefits

      Cons

      severe management and supervisor issues, HR is a joke, work culture is extremely negative on a day to day basis for no real reason (the work itself isn't difficult yet management makes it hard to do a good job), heavy turnaround rate

      Micromanaged, ideas stolen by incompetent managers , manager told lies that were not able to be backed up by facts and HR did nothing when the investigation found the claims to be false
