No Tuition Reimbursement Both Pros and Cons with training agents remotely Expect to perform tasks outside of your job description No additional pay or compensation for additional tasks Annual Salary and Bonus increases are very minimal Bonus is based partly on company performance regardless of employee performance Constant changes to processes and the need to adapt or stay behind Expect management to contact you outside of business hours Constant reorganizations This position itself does not have a lot of opportunity for advancement unless you move to a different department or change roles.

Pros

Management actually treats you like a human being and not a number. Growth is encouraged and you are listened to. No micromanagement in sight. Regular skip level meetings to ensure ideas are circulated on all levels, and a rapidly evolving service roster. A+ cultural values and this company truly walks the walk. Work life balance is a reality here instead of just a buzzword. Benefits are far above any similar provider I've worked for and compensation is as generous as is prudent in my opinion. Training is comprehensive. It's an exciting time to be here.

Cons

With all of the changes, they are still smoothing out some of the lumps and bumps with post-training ramp up. This can cause small conflict and confusion regarding who is supposed to handle what. I do also see this as a benefit because the management team looks at the individual instead of going "by the book."

Pros

I have been working in this firm for 5 months now in IT, even though it is a small company with around 1000+ Full Time folks. They are working on the latest technology, workday, HR, salesforce, and azuredevops I've a cool team and manager to work with. Pay is good, and they match standard industry practice. They have a good working culture. Lots of new things to learn and develop your carrier. Overall HR system and Training they provide via the web and live sessions are pretty cool.

Cons

Lots and lots of work to manage :)

Stable company with tons of growth and change. Pay and benefits are decent.

Cons

Training is very inadequate. In charge of very large payrolls without being equipped properly with enough training on the software.

Great Teams, Fun Culture, Company Values

Pros

I love my team, everyone is great to work with. Leadership gives insight into the company strategy and financials. We can give feedback on how to improve our work and help customers, and our leadership teams listens to us. There's a chance for a raise every year.

Cons

There isn't a lot of diversity at higher levels. Raises are usually small. Some managers need more training and to be held accountable.
