I have been working at PAE full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

    Great Coworkers
    Flexible on Leave/Requesting Days Off

    Cons

Underpaid and over worked. There is a great load of backlogged cases that the employees are supposed to handle but there are no incentives and the pay is at the bottom of the spectrum for a PSS. There is never talk of a raise and the end of the year bonus is a slap in the face. The benefits are ok, but its so much you have to pay out before you can actually benefit from the insurance. The upper level management doesn't care because they are adequately paid so what happens at the bottom is no concern of theirs.

    Advice to Management

Actually speak to your employees who bust their tails everyday to help keep this contract successful and not spend your time listening to the PM who isn't giving all of our gripes.

I worked at PAE full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Ethnic/Cultural Awareness - Great understanding Supervisors that I worked with.

    Cons

The job description stated "data entry" however, the only data entry was the time sheet"...it turned out to be more labor-oriented and not what you actually wanted.

    Advice to Management

Employees need to speak of their international language on their breaks, and lunches, not in the workplace 24/7.

Since lunch is only 30 min, employees who eat at their desk should not start heating up their food b4 the lunch break starts. Which doesn't give the honest employees that have to walk to the lunch room and heat up their food? And have less then 30 min to swallow their lunch and be back to clock in.
