I have been working at PRISM full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

fun atmosphere, young culture, exciting sales/recruiting contests, company happy hours, fully trained on the in's and out's of Information Technology before you truly start recruiting, can make a lot of money with no previous recruiting experience, attainable goals, get out earlier on Friday, encourage you to get out of the office to meet with clients/, coworkers are like family, the harder you work the more you get out of it, open door policy

    Cons

ability to work remotely more often and/or more flexible hours

    Advice to Management

If I had to think of something, maybe to invest in more opportunities for recruiters to find more candidates although most/all are able to do really well with what we are given.

I have been working at PRISM full-time

    Pros

The close-knit team atmosphere provides the ability to grow quickly, as tenured employees are more than willing to provide guidance to new hires. Management team (VP, CEO, etc) is directly accessible to address questions and concerns as well. Employees are granted a great deal of autonomy, allowing recruiters and business development to develop their own brand and style while concurrently utilizing industry best practices.

    Cons

There is definitely a learning curve for new-hires without previous IT recruiting experience. However, the hiring managers do an excellent job of maintaining expectation for the first 6-12 months of employment.

    Pros

-Excellent incentive programs and team-building activities. They reward their top performers!
-Willingness to hire both junior and senior level talent, and ability to train / promote from within.
-Weekly meetings with an emphasis on overall team strategies and constructive discussion.

-Nothing comes to mind! If you work hard and cooperate with other team members, and you have the opportunity to succeed.

    Advice to Management

    Keep up the good work.

Different PRISM perhaps? Thank you for your review although based on comments regarding Doctors , Wilmington Delaware and office policies perhaps you have the wrong PRISM.

I have been working at PRISM full-time

    Pros

Great environment to wear many different hats. Since it is a small company, you are able to have autonomy, within reason, of the work that you do. You choose the methods that you utilize to find candidates, as a recruiter, as long as they are within the budget. Also, with the location in the DMV there are endless customers that you are able to call into and generate business with as a Business Development Manager. The training provided up-front is short but very informative and then you expected to put in the hard work and hit the ground running. Definitely not the company for you if you are not willing to work hard and put in the extra hours, but you are rewarded $$$$ for the work that you do.

    Cons

It is a small business, so sometimes the capacity is limited by the number of internal resources and budgets. Benefits are extremely overpriced and no 401k matching.

    Advice to Management

Invest more in tools for internal growth.

    PRISM Response

    Jan 26, 2016 – Executive Vice President

Thank you for your response! PRISM continues to prioritize spend for internal/organic growth yearly during our business planning process that takes place during Q4 of the previous year. Our people... More
