Working at Parser

Pros

What I love most of being part of a fast-growing technology company, is the possibility of being challenged at my job, have the opportunity to learn, of being part of a team who cares what and how we do it and least but not less important cares about people. All voices are heard and all opinions count. We work remotely and are spread all over the world, but we are able to meet with our colleagues in our offices, which are mainly spread across Europe, North America and Latin America. Diversity, good vibes and doing our best, that's what Parser feels like for me.

Cons

As we are growing fast, we know we still have some things to improve in our processes to have a better flow. But we are aware and working on it as we want our best experience for all.

Thank you for taking the time to do a review. We’re sorry to hear you’re not having a positive experience. In terms of the possibility of changing projects, we have a team which works specifically in finding the best possible opportunity when it comes to moving to a better position if the current one is not fulfilling the team member's expectations. They anticipate and provide all possible alternatives to speed up the necessary change. Regarding leadership, Parser teams are mostly composed by senior professionals who continuously work to improve their evolving leadership skills, promoting the value of taking ownership in every project, every action, and every task. This is one of our values, and we work hard to make it more visible. However, there is always room to improve. We take your feedback into account and will work on your comments internally. It helps us to offer a better experience to our team members and to make necessary changes. Please don’t hesitate to reach out to your PBP or feel free to contact us at yourfeedback@parserdigital.com if you would like to share more feedback with us. For us is very important to learn more about everyone's experiences, so that we are able to propose future solutions that help us grow at Parser.

Pros

Full Remote Work Free Language course

Cons

- No flexible schedule ( Be careful, They used to tell you during the interview process that there is this option) - Micro-Manager is the worst I have ever seen. Seems that you are working in the last century. The only thing missing is the whip. - No support from Parser's higher or lower leadership. - No consideration for the employee.
