Lot to say in Cons: 1. In this company salary comes on 7th of the next month.. and not assured that it will come on 7th as well. 2. The will cut amount from your salary in the name of PI(Performance Incentive ), and most of the time they will give you less then 70% of that. 3. You will get salary hick in once in tow or three years. Yes i am correct. 4. You will be like pet, if you have to work in this company. 5. for your rightful, your managers will not support. 6. Guys they will switch off AC after 7:00 PM , does not matter you are working in summers for the company , late nights. they dont care at all. 7. Never ask for salary hike... it will be night mare for you. 8. This company fired there HR manager and old employees just because of there heavy packages. 9. if some one leaves the company, F&F is going to be hard to get. seriously. 10. Its a Lala company.... rest you can understand

HR Policies are not comfortable. There is a P.I (performance incentive) which is applicable for all the employees. I am not sure it is for Managers level or not. It will be a salary component. In P.I they deduct some amount of your salary every month and give you quartly basis. As per based on manager rating you will get this amount and it s not sure how much you will get. No body gets full, they deduct some amount definitely. They change their he policy anytime when they need. Their accountants department, they don't know how to cut TDS. They deduct wrong amount, it has happened with me that's why I writing here. Becareful when they deduct on TDS. They are uneducated people.😡 They pay very low from the market. They always find cheap resources. Once the project is over they can kick you anytime, if they have any another project ready then they can move you on that.
