I worked at Pizza Ranch full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Good food, co-workers were awesome, cool arcade, friendly patrons, not much else can I say that was good abbot this place.

    Cons

I started for the grand opening of the Butte Montana store. Within 4 months I was the only one left from the grand opening, not because people quit( im sure a few did) but mostly because the management would stop giving people shifts to work. They would still be on the schedule for 2 to 3 weeks with no shifts. This is how they would fire people. This is against company policy let alone the law. That's not even half of it. I once over herd a manager offer to fight one of my co-workers(a 40 year old man wanting to fight a teenager). Another manager got so mad at another one of my co-workers that he repeatedly punched the cooler door leaving knuckle marks on it. This place is Carzy unprofessional, hostel, there is no communication so if you something wrong they will cut your hours or stop scheduling you altogether.

    Advice to Management

Follow company procedures, communicate, get rid of the bad management. I will be seeing you in court.

I worked at Pizza Ranch part-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

    Friendly people
    Great environment
I enjoyed every minute I spent working at Pizza Ranch. It was a great experience and the perfect first job.

    Cons

I was only a part time employee and I had to close a lot. This is not a fault of the management it was mostly due to irresponsible employees.
Low pay, don't bet on living off the pay checks.

    Advice to Management

I believe that for the number of times I gladly worked myself to exhaustion, without a complaint either from or towards me, that the pay, even for a part time employee, should have been much better.

I worked at Pizza Ranch full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

    Greg training and initial support.

    Cons

Do not live up to company values. They profess to be a Christian Organization but do not value employees by giving them benefits until they are full time and then only give permission to give full time hours to salaried people and 1other person in each unit.

    Advice to Management

Value employees by caring about their well being by paying well and giving benefits.
