      Decent pay and decent benefits.

      Cons

      Owners are crazy. One time the CEO was screaming at customer services employees. That was the most awkward moment I've ever experienced at a workplace. I was told by one of the owners that the company was doing great then after 4 months in the job they started laying off people. Luckily I was able to get my previous job back. My manager was a crazy lunatic that very often would make my feel like my I was worthless. I am not sure how they can keep a business running with such a poor management and work ethics.

      There is a ton of opportunity for growth here. I've been with the company for a while and have seen so many changes for the better. It's a small organization so you definitely feel heard.

      None that I can think of.
