      Easy hours People are kind outside of work

      Cons

      Engineering culture where people don't document or share their findings, seniors incentivized to look like the source of truth over mentoring others to grow to your level No growth opportunities or support in US Remote-first meant little connection with coworkers Lots of disagreement over the company's mission and product roadmap Layoffs happened with no warning, the company seemed to be doing great and we were told explicitly that everyone's job was safe a month prior Severely underpaid

      Cool product. Great teammates. Small company able to get customers up and running quickly.

      Cons

      Very unstable teams and structure. They hired a team for the US and then cut the team after 1 quarter. Cautious if you are considering this for a long term career.

      Remote, decent salary, good product. Fun team activities.

      Top talent leaving. Unattainable quota, no career growth. No trainings. Bad management. Do not join if you want to advance in career. Not attainable target earnings.
