Pros

TLDR: PostBeyond's workplace is a hidden gem. It easily surpasses most corporate and start-ups cultures you'll find. It's in the top 10% if not top 5%, and has plenty of awards to show for it. Pros: - The most important determiner is the quality of its people. The companies filled with quality talent that cares about anyone and everyone's experience in the company - from the intern to the CEO. - The leadership team is experienced. They're exceptionally transparent about the good and the bad and are able to contextualize what's going to happen with tact. The whole team is confident in their ability to lead the company forward. - This is a company that spends the time and the money to invest in its people. This is not a small deal. Whereas most companies claim to do this - PostBeyond does. From providing company time to work on personal and professional growth, to finding budget for events that support your development, the leadership team is always looking to play an active role in your growth. - The flexibility PostBeyond offers is close to impossible to find at another company. When you're working hard and... got goals, you need to balance work and life to take care of the necessities.

Cons

It's hard to think of cons when the leadership team is on top of a problem before you know it exists. If there are cons, its likely the leadership team has it handled.

Pros

- Innovative company challenging the space and punching above its weight - Transparent, intelligent, and collaborative team members that start with the tone set by the CEO - Flexible work schedule that allows you to work the hours that are best for you, coupled with a generous Work From Home (WFH) policy - Competitive compensation and large focus from leadership to ensure you are growing as an individual - Feedback is taken seriously and there is a healthy appetite for experimenting/iterating - Fun

Cons

- It's a smaller organization, so you should be prepared for what comes with them - Current office space lacks natural lighting - Benefits have improved, but could still be a bit better
