      Supportive management and great colleagues, but the tech is the root problem

      Pros

      Great fellow employees. This is what allows for long term employee retention. Amazing and supportive managers that are genuine and care about their employees.

      Cons

      The company has always struggled with keeping up to date with technology. It is their Achilles heel and will always be despite a decade of management changes.

      Management extremely supportive throughout difficult personal issues that affected ability to work Workload can be managed using subcontractors when falling behind during busy weeks Very friendly team of technicians with lots of knowledge for you to contact for advice

      Cons

      Days can feel long if you choose start your shift early but continue receiving emails/phone calls up to 17:30
