- Current Employee, more than 10 years★★★★★
Pros
The company is more about a career than just a job. Yes, they expect you to show up each day and put in hard work. The company has been great through the pandemic, allowing so many employees to work from home. If your looking to punch a clock, this may not be the best place for you. They are career-minded here, and I like that. The company also went to great lengths to keep sales up during the pandemic.
Cons
No real cons. The pandemic makes it difficult to see everyone and have a sense of togetherness. It's not the company's fault.

Pros
Meeting people in the industry
Cons
Management, management, management. Have lost many bids due to lack of urgency from management and corporate. Health benefits aren't good. Atmosphere isn't healthy. desk job
- Former Employee, less than 1 year★★★★★
Pros
Close family like atmosphere, Easy access to upper Management.
Cons
Pay is on lower end of State Averages
- Former Employee, more than 10 years★★★★★
Pros
Made a few lifetime friends. Did some great things for the benefit of others.
Cons
Management... and owners. Greg (owner) told us to post positive Glass Door reviews otherwise if you aren’t happy it might be time to go. Also, most other good reviews are by franchise owners who are clueless to what happens at Corporate office or how management disrespects them. The only employees who have job security are the multiple family members who work there. They think an occasional free pizza lunch and swag are perks to replace a decent wage and treatment. If you are thinking about marketing or business development positions be sure to ask about the retention rate....it’s very low. This review isn’t out of anger or retaliation it’s honest and factual. Someone had to say it.

Pros
Flexible hours, good pay, job security
Cons
No dogs allowed, cats welcomed

Pros
Majority of employees are great people to work with. This is a great place to learn and get experience. Vera (CEO) touches EVERYthing and knows everybody by name.
Cons
Pay is low across the company. I had a series of poor managers which limited my personal growth in the company. They talk like you're part of the family, with all of the expectations of working yourself to death, but do not care about your personal life. Vera (CEO) touches EVERYthing.
