      Whomever wrote the positive (Dynamic) review, is a liar or just upper mgmt trying to improve image. Run... run far away.

      Unique product (Yes, that's really it)

      Cons

      To understand QL2, you must realize it's owned by a PE firm, who's looking to flip it. This means, they have zero dedication to employees, clients, or product. They simply care about slimming margins, and outsourcing every job they can to India. You will not last there, I don't care how talented you think you are at sales, they keep all the good leads and accounts as "house" accts. BTW: There's no 3 yrs tenured Rep in Atlanta, so don't believe that review.

      Pros

      1. Great comradery. Salt of the earth people. 2. Competent and approachable leadership 3. Management understands work/life balance well. 4. Team believes in the product and has genuine excitement to improve and iterate. 5. Leadership has placed very competent individuals in roles so you can trust your co-workers. 6. Light hearted vibe. Expectation is to work well at your tasks, but everyone understands that you have a life outside work that is more important than the job.

      Cons

      1. Work from home is great in many ways but you miss the office feel/vibe. 2. At times things can feel scrappy. Which on the one hand is great because there are often opportunities to learn new things and grow, but if you don't want that then it means doing a little additional work outside your typical job title to keep things moving smoothly.
