      Active working groups with Executive sponsorship of strategic D&I projects WGEA completion, Gender Pay Gap Plan and training. Cultural Awareness training is mandatory for all leaders. One CEO participates in CCC and the other supports CEO for Gender Equity.

      Meeting new people and the salary

      It has turned away from being there for the members and now it’s all about money and cheating it’s way to being number 1 roadside company any in WA. They don’t care who they step on to get there. The staff in the call center cop ssssoooo much abuse from members regarding the prices going up so much, how many questions we have to ask them while they are on the phone. It feels like we are diving into their personal lives and we are being nosy
