I worked at Ramada full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

    - Co-workers make your day. Front Desk Manager and Assistant Managers are great people.
    - I would say top 2 busiest hotels at Penn State. Time will fly when kept busy
    - Unexpected things/interesting things happen at a hotel adds some excitement to the job

    Cons

    - Good luck getting a pay raise
    - Every person in upper management have held the position for years. Can't really advance much
    - This place only holds the franchise name, but it is privately owned by a old millionaire couple. This can be strain since there is not much structured support for employees.

    Advice to Management

Give Jordan a massive pay raise. He is the Assistant Front Desk Manager and Night Audit Supervisor. He's goes above and beyond for the company. I hope he seeks another position at a better company that appreciates his work ethic.
