    I worked at Ramada full-time

    Pros

got a 30 minute lunch break, that's all I can think of.

    Cons

manager is rude and unfair to employees. manager has bad attitude if you call in sick, especially on weekend. same goes for bad weather. low starting pay, very limited pay increase. barely pays minimum wage to new employees. no benefits at all. hotel is poorly run and always in a chaotic mess. also, too much work and family conflict.

    Advice to Management

treat your employees with respect and give them a decent wage!

I worked at Ramada part-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Close proximity to my home. Bought us donuts one Sunday the entire time I worked there. Would never work there again.

    Cons

Pay was 3.50 per room to clean. Worked you full time and walk away cash was 200$ every two weeks. Was told the during interview that if I quit during training the gm would keep my pay as an inconvience fee. Never filed any tax forms , never received a w2 for time spent there.

    Advice to Management

Pay your employees at least minimum wage.

I have been working at Ramada full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

The building from the outside doesn't really scream "Hey, Come stay here!" But if you make it past the front doors the charming southwest hasienda style hotel with an open, warm and very inviting lobby. Also in the lobby there is a very delightful restaurant, pool, Banquet hall and atrium. There is even a night club, and a small strip of merchants in the facility.

    Cons

The Management can't manage to keep employees, guests, or business. In my opinion the lack of communication, lack of respect, lack of objectivity causes so many arguments amongst the management that they don't have the desire to listen to the one knee deep in the business. Disappointing!

    Advice to Management

Listen to the thoughts and needs of your employees. HOSPITALITY IS NOT A DOLLAR SIGN, IT'S CREATING A PLACE THAT OUR GUESTS FEEL COMFORTABLE AND WANT TO RETURN!

I have been working at Ramada full-time

    Pros

    Nice coworkers and good training.

    Cons

Where to begin. You can't sit for more than 10 minutes even when it's dead, you get no lunch but the manager will leave for lunch whenever, you can barely glance at your phone, you have to make and clean up after breakfast some days, the pay is awful, management is very very strict, when you're at the desk you're just standing in the same spot like a robot, you get in trouble for pretty much everything.

    Advice to Management

    Let your employees BREATHE.
