I have been working at Ramada full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Get to work independently most of the time
    Free Meals
    Free WiFi
    Great coworkers

    Cons

Management was virtually useless when a problem arose with customers. You basically had to handle all issues on your own, even when the customers requested to have them settled with management. Scheduling was inconsistent and if next shift or another position (I.e. the morning cook) didn't show up, you had to handle it on you own. I was basically a manager without the hours or pay.

    Advice to Management

Don't complain about losing great employees when you refuse to back us up or even come talk to customers when they request to see you. Its your job to handle problems that are out of your staff's control.
