I worked at Ramada full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Good pay and benefits. Ramada guests are set apart from others loyal to any other brand. They are very down to earth people. The best!

    Cons

When hotel owners and management corporations won't put forth the money for necessary repairs and maintenance it hurts the hotel, no fault by Ramada though.

    Advice to Management

    Keep Ramadas Swank!

I worked at Ramada full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Paid better than previous employer, was originally put on the shift that I wanted.

    Cons

Once the manager that hired me left, front desk supervisors started taking advantage of the power vacuum due to the less hands on manager.

    Advice to Management

Take better care to know who's working the front desk
