Pros

- High Salary for Yogyakarta Region - Lunch and Dinner

Cons

- Really High Workload I usually work from 9 to 3AM, My life only sleep -> wake up -> meeting -> work. Rinse then repeat, they also call me to work in saturday and sunday, you will have no time in your life - Unreasonable Management They will often scold you even when its not your fault, be careful, the CEO once said this is MY COMPANY not a democratic company, further explanation will depend on your imagination - Unreasonable Contract Time + Penalty 30x Salary penalty, if your salary is 5.000.000 you will need to pay 150.000.000, You will need almost a lifetime to repay that. They can torture you inside but you cant resist because of the penalty, just be careful of your life

Pros

- meal 3 times a day - good co-worker, they are very supportive

Cons

- Bad management. Management see worker only as production factor not as human resource. - No definitive rules in company. The rules changed base in like/dislike of the Management. - When came a problem someone must be take responsibility even it was not her/his fault. with no fair trail, means no opportunity to defend and no opportunity to explaination. judge base on management assumtion of the problem. - overwork, overtime, but no extrafee. - One of management see mental health isue as a spoilt behavior. Worker who need help of psychologist labelled as weak. He tend to force someone do like him. - Feodalism culture. no democratic culture. - speak about training engineering but have no clear curriculum. Not step by step. Just place you in project then you struggle in it.

Pros

(Only) Meals 2 times a day

Cons

Let's cut to the chase: Refactory has serious issues that need to be addressed if it ever hopes to be a decent place to work. I quickly realized that the company's grandiose promises of growth and skill development were just 'smoke and mirrors'. The communication at Refactory is an absolute disaster. The CEO and management seem to have an aversion to hearing their employees. It's as if their egos are so inflated that they believe they can't possibly be wrong. Countless times, anyone who tries or dares to give feedback and suggest improvements is always greeted with dismissive attitudes or fired :D Let's talk about the so-called "open-door policy." It's a joke. The only thing open is the door leading to an empty room because no one in leadership genuinely cares about the well-being of their employees. The CEO is more interested in maintaining their image than actually listening to the people who make the company function daily. And (health)? Forget about it. The management's indifference to employee well-being is staggering. Long hours, unrealistic expectations, and an environment that prioritizes profit over people have resulted in burnout and stress levels that are off the charts. They even smoked and didn't wear masks even when the second Covid was high. He said that he didn't believe in Covid HAHAHA It's disheartening to see a company with potential crumble due to the arrogance and shortsightedness of its leadership. Refactory could be where talented individuals thrive, but as it stands, it's a toxic environment that chews up and spits out its workforce. In conclusion, I can't in good conscience recommend Refactory as a workplace. The CEO and management need a reality check and a lesson in humility. Until then, steer clear if you value your sanity and well-being.
