If you are on visa, they dont help you much. You are on your own. Their legal team miss out on crucial information while filing for extension. Senior leadership is not very approachable.

Good legal team. They have good clients to work for. Visa acceptance is great.

Salary is not transparent. They say it’s a package but it’s just your working hours billed monthly. Then how is it a salary? No benefits When you leave they turn against you No paid leaves. Bad billing percentage

Good company deliver what they promise. Visa documents help and prompt response on questions. Paycheck on time. Good HR team for your questions. Sponsor visa. Desired location contractual job.
Cons
No paid holiday other than national holidays. No growth inside the organization. Not much appreciation or hike. Not much of direction from supervisor. No maternity leave benefits.
