      High ownership, but challenges with culture and delivery

      Pros

      * High ownership and responsibility * Broad product and business exposure * Opportunity to shape ways of working * Complex, meaningful problems * Strong learning opportunities * Good relationships with close team and some peers * Remote work is allowed - which is useful for work life balance/ if you have kids.

      Cons

      Salary lagged behind responsibility * Priorities changed frequently * Slow delivery * Low London office attendance/ Limited culture and collaboration (specifically in the London office) * Difficult to stay engaged long term

      Lack of direction and structure hampers team performance

      ok pto with ok salary

      Cons

      The biggest issue is direction that being there is none no structure in the team with some people getting promoted into new random job titles when they dont fit in anywhere. Product is failing especially when deals are closed won and then performance is so bad TFC gets activated. Sales is moving blind with no real guidance maybe have someone who has lead organisation before.

      Pros

      Good PTO and OK compensation. Good opportunities to learn. Certification benefits which provide additional opportunities for growth.

      Cons

      A lot of turnover in high level positions which leads to a lot of disjointed ideas that are only half implemented or fully neglected when the next person comes around. Not great management on all levels. There is no cohesive process for the tech stack or the procedures at all levels. Advancing your career within the company is extremely difficult.
