Great Company, Very Flexible
Feb 20, 2023 - Account Manager in London, EnglandRecommendCEO ApprovalBusiness OutlookPros
Really nice people & lots of flexibility with working from home. Events and treats in the office organised by the social team. Good work life balance and work is enjoyable. Always pushed to take clients out for lunches and drinks which is paid for by the company.
Cons
No visibility on targets, get bonus but not always a breakdown of why. Work can be a bit samey but its like that for most jobs. bad communication within teams which means things can go wrong.

Nov 15, 2021 - Senior Consultant in London, EnglandRecommendCEO ApprovalBusiness OutlookPros
If you're prepared to work hard, you'll reap the rewards. The staff will go above and beyond their own job to help when needed. Great company to work for with a great team with lots of opportunities to develop skills and experience. I have really enjoyed my time here. The company is growing really quickly, domestically and internationally and that's the exciting thing, it's got a really big future to look forward to.
Cons
The rapid growth means that there's always a lot of work and constant recruitment.

Reward welcomes and encourages feedback on how it can improve and as such, operates an open, transparent and non-hierarchical culture that encompasses continuous improvement processes that adapt to accommodate the best interests of its employees, partners and the industry. This review, however, feels like a very personal and unsubstantiated attack – for which this platform is not the right forum. Our new central London office is indeed well located and at the heart of one of Reward’s pillars --- our retailer network (of course, being close to a variety of great places to eat is also a bonus for our staff!). As we grow Reward, we now operate out of three impressive locations in London, Belfast, and Dubai and plan to continue to be as close and connected as possible to our global Retailer Partners At Reward, our people and partners are central to what we do and deliver, demonstrated by the ongoing growth and long-standing relationships we serve across the UK and global banks, financial institutions, card schemes, and retailers. We strive to deliver a first-class service for all our retailers, publishers and consumers which is demonstrated in a variety of ways. Since 2001, Reward has and remains committed to its employees. We encourage all employees -- past and present -- to share ideas on how the business can do better whilst we continue to grow and scale this unique company.
