Pros
RubyGarage is all about quality. They really make sure everything is done right. Their way of making software is smart and they only pick the top people to work with. During the interview process, I learned more than in 5 years of working in previous companies.
Cons
But getting a job there isn't easy. It's tough to get in and there are a lot of interviews to go through. You have to really prove yourself to get a spot.

The arrival time of the duty is correct but the departure time is not correct, Some employee notes are supported, Duty out time not good, Salary increase r not time ,
