    Pros

Great place to learn in your first years as a developer. If you show talent you can work on different modules from simple to complex ones. you can make technical decision. They have a nice work flow: the agility (not always respected). You have also a respectable salary in your first years.

    Cons

Work is in 80% done under time pressure. Management decision are made late or not at all. Not much up-to-date work environment so you stop learning after 1 or 2 years (as a beginner). Too much work hours. no training for employees, no bonus you have your salary that's all.

    Advice to Management

Listen to employees needs. Give them an entertaining work place to be not a stressful one. Do care about training people to new technologies and don't loose craftsmen with your simple decisions
