Good environment polluted by (some) horrible customers
Pros
- Most colleagues are nice - Office is in a good location - Great for junior PMs
Cons
- the company says it wants to hire Product Managers but in reality the work is more of a product owner mixed with a project manager - salary is below the standard and you can get way better compensation and benefits in other companies - they justify the low salaries with the fact that you will work in a "cool company" and on a lot of projects but there is nothing cool about STRV anymore - customers can be extremely pushy, rude and abusive. When managers are challenged on the behavior of the customers, their answer is just to "deal with it". The environment can be even more toxic than in big American corporates - very few to almost no internal opportunities to grow
