      Pros

      No pros to speak of. Used to be a decent place to work but this past year they've had numerous people walk out.

      Cons

      The managers and supervisors speak to you like you're a dog. They have their favorite people, and no one else matters. They thrive off of drama and gossip, even though they tell their workers not to participate in the drama. They are the main problem with the company. There is no teamwork whatsoever. Management will talk to you like you're a child. Then talk about how stupid you are to their favorite suck ups when you have your back turned.

      -Gainshare bonus goes into 401(k) making it worth more at retirement -Majority of coworkers are great -Really good coffee -nice office space

      Cons

      -Terrible leadership -Awful management style -Work/life imbalance -Complete lack of respect for employees below the rank of supervisor -Unrealistic expectations -Expects you to work overtime but will not pay you for it
