Pros
- Fair compensation - Great leadership team with very experienced people - A great team full of experienced engineers and some of the best talent in games industry - Quite an interesting and unique mmorpg to work on, with a lot of interesting technical challenges - Good work life balance
Cons
- There is rather flexible work from home conditions but so far they company wasn't very open to fully remote work - Only 25 vacation days compared to more days in some other companies in germany - Cons are really mostly nitpicking -> go work there

Pros
- People are amazing and fun - Start-up Perks like Fruits and Drinks - BVG Ticket - Good location with a lot of restaurants
Cons
- Management is awful already saw multiple people go on sick leave because of burnout - Feedbacks are not helpful or motivating they get way too personal judging your private life in it as well - Feedback/ Opinions changes quickly depending on the mood - Clique Culture you have to actively try to be friends with your Head or else they will think you do a bad job - Too much information for a goal so it gets confusing and if you ask for clarification they have no patience to explain if you proceed nonetheless you get scolded - Hard work doesn't get acknowledged you have to actively point it out to get the bare minimum which is a thanks - Payment could be better
