Pros

It's a job with some level of benefits.

Cons

I don't know about any of the other Sayers locations, but the Moline location encourages preferential treatment based on affiliation. Family and close friends of the management will move up to better positions- even without relevant experience or education- while "outsiders" stay locked in dead-end jobs. This also means that these people can spend more time watching tv, shopping online, or playing on their cellphones- while everyone else is expected to continue to work. This is the problem of the corporate office though- HR should be doing a better job looking at qualifications and competency via objective means, rather than simply believing relatives or cliques when it comes to hiring decisions and job structure at this location. Unless you're absolutely in need of work- I would look elsewhere, less you grow steadily more frustrated and disgusted at the lack of ethical treatment.

Pros

they have a sales culture which is heavy in rewarding their employees with gifts and experiences.

Cons

Disorganized. Us against them mentality - even within the company. Sales vs. Operations. Discontent.

Pros

You get to see the US for free

Cons

No room for growth. The bonus structure is built around whos the project managers friend. I was very education in the IT world, took many classes and was always denied a raise and or a promotion even when positions were available. Worked for 3 years with no raise. A lot of questionable behavior was happening and when you reported it, you were asked to let it go and keep quiet. Its really not a company that you'd expect to retire from You were only allowed to be home Saturdays. That wasnt enough Time with wives, kids and family.
