      Pros

      Security First has a "handful" of good people, the office is very nice, there is plenty of parking, and there is a trail behind the office so you can walk, cry, and scream in private from all the continued stress of the job.

      Cons

      MY experience at SFI was beyond disappointing. Communication between departments is ALWAYS inconsistent, and processes frequently change without adequate training. Employees are expected to adapt quickly to new procedures while still maintaining their extremely demanding workloads, as well as the extremely demanding workload they acquired from that underperforming employee - who, by the way, remains on the payroll.

      There has never been an executive team more disconnected from the everyday work of their employees. There has never been a company more excited to chase the latest hare-brained, go-nowhere, yield-nothing ideas that their leaders have.
