Cons

Pros
Overall good company to work for with family values. 100% paid health insurance for the employee. 5% match for 401K. Free short term/long term. Free life insurance plus additional for a fee. Beautiful new building to work in with a gym and outside walking path. The managers are very caring and care about you.
Cons
Does not believe in the remote work environment and have lost really good people because of this. Constant change. I would say the company is still trying to find itself regarding its daily processes. Definitely getting better but still a work in progress. If you need insurance for your family it is pretty steep but the insurance is good.

Pros

Pros
SFI has decent benefits (free health insurance, yet expensive for dependents) and a generally good work life balance.
Cons
They have no other great core benefits, average 401k match (long vestment), no maternity leave, limited movement for growth in certain departments, upper managers who are out of touch and only looking to party or lick boots. They just announced that they are also hiring interns at a higher rate than a lot of existing employees, how is that for moral?

Pros
benefits are really good and start on day one.
Cons
the managers of the legal department does not really know what they are doing. no one wants to take accountability for their mistakes, and when you try to stand up for what is right, you will be reported to HR. there seems to be a lot of jealousy and animosity. please do your research about the people who you will work under.
- Current Employee★★★★★
Pros
Job Security Relaxed work environment
Cons
Doesn't meet the competitive salary in the market
