      Really behind the times, poor senior management

      Pros

      The good thing about SSCS is that its not a stressful job, its pretty easy going, you never have to answer your phone after the end of the work days. As a programmer, thats actually a huge perk.

      Cons

      1) The company's software is badly designed, awkward, looks like the early 1990s. 2) Ugly location, (across from factories) mandatory timecard where you have to be in building EXACTLY in four hour blocks and take EXACTLY one hour lunch. 3) Your input is never welcome/listened to. 4) No 401K. No dental. Strict two weeks off/yr. Work Christmas and New Year's Eves. 5) Unpleasant/awkward managers.

      Pros

      - Competitive Pay - Good work/life balance, you will only work 8 hours - Technology is awesome (N-Tier, CI, Microservices, NoSQL, etc...) - Knowledge co-workers with real skills - Development Manager loves technology and doesn't nickel and dime your time - An effort IS being made to modernize the job but still needs work - You will learn!

      Cons

      The Package - No 401k - Can't work from home - Only one week of sick (never increases) - Only two weeks vacation (never increases) - No Dental or Vision

      -Good work/life balance -Most employees seems to get along well -Good working hours -Diverse Company -Company treats Employees well -All Employees are very smart

      Cons

      -Software is lacking innovation (Access 2003) -No 401k or stock options -Workstation area is grey and depressing (1990's), would be nice to have a modern look
