Pros

Ample opportunities for advancement and lateral moves to new experiences. Incredibly bright people at all levels and on all teams. I say it's like being on a college campus -- you can find an expert on almost any subject who is willing to take the time to share what they know. A culture in which everyone works to help each other succeed and celebrates those successes together. Fully transparent senior leadership team that regularly shares news and developments whether good or challenging. Great benefits, including 401k match, equity, unlimited DTO and a 4-day workweek. Support for training and education.

Cons

Signifyd is ambitious, fast-paced and growing rapidly. It can feel overwhelming at times. The key is to take charge of your own workload and schedule – and to ask for help when you need it. You'll get it.

Pros

I've been working at Signifyd a little less than six months now and I can't say enough good things about the company, my team, and the culture. The culture really is reflective of the company values, and someone is always willing to jump in to help. I regularly communicate with people in other departments and everyone is responsive and friendly. Benefits are good (unlimited PTO, 401k match, etc) and pay is standard for the industry. I've been really happy with the 4-day workweek, I always feel rested and appreciate the extra day for appointments and errands. Onboarding was relatively structured but not rushed, I did not come from an e-commerce or fraud background but was able to quickly and comfortably come up to speed. The overall environment is supportive for learning with plenty of opportunities for growth. The product is excellent with strong go-to-market fit which makes the customer success and support role easier, it's not difficult to demonstrate value to our customers and the product is constantly improving. Leadership is transparent in all-hands meetings about the upcoming months and what we can expect, as well as honest in reflection on past performance.

Pros

I've been with Signifyd for a little under a year and couldn't be happier that I made the move to this company. I came from a completely different industry/function and both my manager and overall team have been incredibly supportive. I've learned and grown a lot in a short amount of time and it's all thanks to the opportunities and exposure given. It's been rewarding to work alongside a group of smart, focused individuals. The company has built an amazing people-focused culture. Although we're a remote company, the kindness and genuine care folks have for each other shines through (more than I've ever experienced at past on-site organizations). Of course, the 4-day workweek and unlimited PTO are awesome perks. It's only possible because people are willing to make it work for the sake of everyone's work/life balance, while still maintaining focus on what needs to be done. The culture starts from the very top. Leadership is humble, approachable, and transparent. Excited to be part of Signifyd and looking forward to what's in store!

Pros

I started working at Signifyd within the past year. From the interview process, through employee onboarding and now ramping in my role - while challenging - I've never felt more supported. Literally EVERYONE is willing to help, there's never a dumb question, and the resources to learn are plentiful. The leadership at the top sets a culture for individuals to take initiative and succeed, with zero tolerance for being unkind. So far, I love this company!

Cons

Honestly can't think of any. I mean seriously, a 4 day work-week? In a client facing role, the customer does comes first. After hours emergencies don't seem to happen very frequently, and teams are structured to cover and be supportive if anything falls outside standard hours. What's expected of you is fair and gratitude is shown.

Pros

Smart coworkers. Work with customers who love signifyd because of how great our product is. Lots of resources to help you internally and have enough resources to truly support enterprise size clients.

I have had the pleasure of working at Signifyd for the past four years. As the company has grown a lot in that time, the company, culture and colleagues have remained incredible. Which is a very hard thing to do as you scale! Pros

The people were some of the best I have ever worked with. The company culture and values always put their employees first to provide a very well balanced work life experience.

Not much to say here except for quotas for sales were a bit high.

Pros

Signifyd's truly leadership embodies the companies values. I feel supported by both direct and upper management to grow and contribute. Coworkers recognize each other for their hard work and everyone seems to be working towards a common goal.

Cons

Some small growing pains, as expected in a company growing this quickly. Although they are there, I find that leadership is transparent and recognizes them, and it seems to be a priority to ensure we build processes that scale.

Pros

May work independently, trust from top down, the people, flexible Fridays, long tenures for sales professionals at a younger company.

Cons

Don't have much opportunity to work your network as you are provided a Target Acct List that is not geography based (also not ideal when making travel plans). There are only a few employees in my market. New pressure from top down causing what feels like a rushed sales cycle in some cases.
