Leadership has zero integrity and insist on repeating the "good ol boys" club strategy. Co- CEO is a egocentric narcissist that hires all the buddies with zero loyalty to anyone. Co-CEO looking for yes men and vicious retaliation if you disagree with his poor leadership.

Looks good on the surface but lacks substance. Concept is good but execution is poor. Met some good people while working there.
Cons
Management team is not to be trusted. Anyone interested in sales should get commission agreement in advance in writing. Lot of turnover on sales team. Customers leave faster than new ones sign up forcing sales to spend a lot of time babysitting instead of closing. Software and service don't live up to customer expectations. Company bogged down in seemingly endless litigation.

Working at SitePro has been one of the better experiences that I have had in my working life. The people are wonderful, insightful, and were always willing to help others when in need.

Just like any small business, the company as a whole is competitive by nature thus driving a nonstop work environment that can be hard to keep up with if you end up falling behind.
