"Great place to work for those that enjoy a startup environment."

    Pros

Energetic, able to get involved in a lot of different things beyond your role, flexible work environment, great people

    Cons

Lack of process which is typical in startup but a little more intense here as many members of management lack ability to drive process change. Some older mgmt members lack ability to make clear decisions.

    Advice to Management

Headed in right direction with recent changes, need to invest in infrastructure now

I worked at SodaStream (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Exciting Product, Room for Growth, Nice Office-Culture

    Cons

In an effort to be 'nimble' there is a woeful lack of planning, which results in every project becoming a bum-rush. In the end, this makes the company LESS able to respond to the market, which shows in the current sales cool-down

    Advice to Management

Don't believe your own BS, the numbers don't lie.

    Pros

Independence, travel, company expense account, networking at events

    Cons

No chance for promotion; product fad leading to company downsizing zero contact with co-workers, managers; poorly run HR dept

    Advice to Management

Give employees a day off once in a while instead of implying that everyone must work 7 days a week or they somehow won't be successful, clarity your company policies regarding independent travel as far as appropriate use of expense account and follow these policies yourselves (instead of buying drinks for the whole staff and then getting angry when your employees do the same, hypothetically, of course...)

-Can be a challenge but as organization grows rapidly need to help to develop processes.

    Cons

Although the positive is the growth and the potential for more and the con is it is hard to keep up. But that is a good issue to have in this economy.
