    Some of the best and the smartest people I have worked with. Independent styled working.

    Cons

    The Hr policies are not very employee friendly and are not well defined. Management needs to be more open to communication

    Pros

    apart from te fact that it is a place to work in, I cannot think of any other good reason for one to work there

    Cons

    the organization has a hierarchical-power-process culture. In its defence, it had never operated in Africa before and so made some very terrible mistakes which nearly cost it its license. I just hope it has learned and moved on and will implement best practices in dealing with employees.

    Advice to Management

    Learn best practices of other firms and adapt or die

    Employees are assets. please take care of it . make work environment more friendly and comfortable. change the rude managers who have no experience to handle the system.

    Creative people need promotions and not performer even the fastest driver of a car cannot mend it

    Pros

    The interview span is so less that it will impress you in no time or else Not even one to go with.

    Cons

    No Salary on time. No Rules. No Policies. No Ethics. People who doesn't have proper qualification to deal with teams are at middle management. No advise. No HR. No Administration. No Experience in what they do or convey others.

    Advice to Management

    Build good teams. Get atleast qualified if not experienced as Managers. Last but not the least Please deposit salary on time. As it is the only resource for many of the employees.
