    Great pay and benefits
    Accommodating with work hours and shifts

    Cons

    Management is a joke with those in charge letting power get to their heads and end up showing no respect to those below
    Friends and family of CEO, Ron Corti with no qualifications gets the best positions
    No room for growth
    Nurse that have been there way too long are just miserable and have nasty attitudes

    Advice to Management

    Respond to emails and calls, it works both ways
    Respond to vacation and time off approvals.
    Fix or replace broken equipments, ER ramp is falling apart potholes are ridiculous, doors don't lock, wheelchairs need replacement, and never any supplies pens and paper.
