Pros

Benefits and pay are the largest pro and absolutely make for an enticing offer. The office/shared work space and staff is excellent and modern

Cons

This is an extremely mismanaged and unorganized company. My experience here was deeply disappointing and troublesome from the very beginning. Expectations are not made clear and are not constant, making it difficult to feel confident in your work. Unfortunately, the toxic workplace culture and cliquey/catty behavior makes for an additional challenge. While it appears that the European entities have more structure, I caution people to avoid the USA/Boulder branch

Pros

Good benefits paid holidays paid birthday floating holiday

Cons

No communication amongst departments, no cooperation from other departments. Awful AWFUL clientele that will scream and cuss DAILY and management expects you to just deal with it. Extreme favoritism, no room for growth. Attempts to discuss issues/concerns with management are not listened to and disregarded. Hard work means nothing, and gets you nowhere. Lack of teamwork.

Pros

Pay was good if you sold something…BIG emphasis on if.

Cons

Day to day is walking into small businesses who have had the same service offered to them probably 100 times. Product is not close to best in the industry when it comes to POS IMO. Walking into businesses during rush hour trying to sell them a POS system when they already have been pitched 100 times makes the job not very enjoyable. This job takes a SPECIAL personality. This is not for 98% of people. If you know deep down you wouldn’t like driving around all day every day, cold walking in to a busy place, or being told to go away to your face… this is not the job for you. Manager would do a ride along with me and be on their phone 80% of the time. I think over 50% of my onboarding team already quit. Layoffs twice in 2023

Thank you for your feedback. I noted the date of your review as we rolled out a new Point of Sale in September that is seeing very good success and winning business away from our competitors. We regret to hear that the Outside Account Exec role was not a good fit for you. Outside sales is not for everyone and I will pass your feedback along to the interview teams to verify we are setting correct expectations. Best wishes of success to you and thank you again.
