- You learn that dysfunctional & unethical companies can still turn a profit if you know how to market well. - You learn that talking about diversity (in a primarily Indian company) can distract potential clients from real problems.

Most of the positive reviews you see here are manipulated and crowdsourced. This is a 0 star company. Warning to businesses: DO NOT WORK WITH SST. They will under-bid on everything and deliver you trash work. They are purely motivated by sales and stretching the law, not serving the client. Having worked within this company for years, just know that they spend a significant amount of time in the grey area of the law, and you may get held liable. Warning to Employees: YOU DON’T WANT TO WORK HERE. You will be underpaid and disposed of as soon as you reach a certain salary/hourly threshold. They see salaried people as contractors, and contractors as underpaid opportunities. This company is very poorly managed and anyone who has been there for over 2 years are the type of people that couldn’t hack it at other companies and likely are unskilled. Also, expect to work 10+ hour days with poor pay. Be warned that when they say ‘they are a family’, they actually mean that a significant amount of the home office is related. It’s always easier to abuse family members due to loyalty whereas other people are smart enough to leave. I’m saving you from a world of hurt, I promise.

There are no pros in this company.

The company is out to look for their best interest and not the employees. They pitch an "employee centric environment" but it is a lie. They do not even have the clients best interest as they resell software solutions with little to no experience in said software. Not to mention that the software has many bugs and will only end up costing your company more money than anticipated. They no longer offer remote work or hybrid work and are forcing employees to return to a covid ridden offices because they have no safety precautions or dedicated cleaning staff. Not to mention that the company installs a software that watches your every move they are able to turn your camera and microphone on at any time. They recently laid off most of their staff to open locations in underdeveloped countries in hopes of taking advantage of people and pay them less than market rate. There is no internal growth and they recruit employees under false pretenses, employees are lied to from the beginning of the interview process. Many employees leave their positions in under 5 months of starting their positions, leading to quick turnover. If you have options please accept a position at another company and not this one. It will only lead to stress and heartache. Not to mention longterm PSTD because they offer no severance package if you are laid off.
