      Pros

      If you are a good politician and have good flattering qualities, Systems Ltd. is definitely a place for you. Will get awards, promotions and other benefits regularly if you get access and give company to development manager.

      Cons

      No rewards for your hard work until you are in good books of management. worst work to life balance. Even if you achieve all unrealistic goals they will give you an average rating. To get excellent rating you need other skills (politics, flattering)

      Pros

      They have good non-immigrant visa handling management. Company have senior developers who are very good. Company reimburse the certification.

      Cons

      They don't give single percent hike on yearly basis even if you do extra work for the project. If they do not have project then they ask employees to search job.
