    Good people, new offices, work from home option

    The company is trying to catch up on best practices. They were doing a decent job to include modernizing IT and bringing in people with the knowledge and background required.

    Advice to Management

    Spend the money to modernize the branches, enterprise systems and processes.

    Pros

    TCF has been going through a dramatic transformation over the past few years and is catching up to the bigger banks in the US. From what was once a sleepy company to work for is now very fast-paced.

    Cons

    Change and uncertainty can leave you a little on edge from day to day wondering if you'll have a job in the near future.

    Advice to Management

    Realize good employees and utilize their dedication and skills instead of just replacing them when you go in new directions.
