      Pros

      No manager on site just a crazy co worker who is the lead and never takes sick leave for the last 30’years… AND SO FAR HAS NOT TAKEN VACATION YET SND ITS NOVEMBER.

      Cons

      Bad pay, no Cost of living, maybe a quarter raise nothing special… They can let you go anytime, no union. They treat workers horrible no achievement award. Nothing….

      Wages, benefits, onboarding, company events, communication.

      Cons

      Corporate ladder is impossible to climb. The office culture at the compare office is toxic and feels like the mean girls table in highschool. If you don’t start at the corporate office- it is nearly impossible to advance. The people in charge of operations and procedures do not answer quickly or support the team. They make choices that do not reflect the position it effects. Consistently let people go with no reason provided or way to grow from mistakes.
