I have been working at Target as a contractor (Less than a year)

    Pros

I am having a great working experience here at Target Corp as a Contractor. Target has a very welcoming and caring atmosphere of employees and contractors. They are very inclusive to diversity in every area. I love it most because Target gives back to the communities and that is very important to me. They are located close to my home which is awesome!

    Cons

I don't know any at the moment.

    Advice to Management

Communication with each other is very important and creates more of a "one accord" atmosphere.

    Pros

Around holidays they provide food when working over time. They have a board where you can write something positive about your fellow employees.

    Cons

The only con is that most of the positions are minimum wage and there is little room to move up from that.

I worked at Target part-time (More than a year)

    Pros

The company pretty much lets you run your own schedule and as long as you are professional and do the work to the satisfaction of management you are allowed to grow and move on your own. I really like that you don't have a boss breathing down your neck all day.

    Cons

The other workers are not always professionals.

    Advice to Management

Offer full time and employ more seasoned workers.
