I have been working at Target as a contractor (Less than a year)

    Pros

I am having a great working experience here at Target Corp as a Contractor. Target has a very welcoming and caring atmosphere of employees and contractors. They are very inclusive to diversity in every area. I love it most because Target gives back to the communities and that is very important to me. They are located close to my home which is awesome!

    Cons

I don't know any at the moment.

    Advice to Management

Communication with each other is very important and creates more of a "one accord" atmosphere.

    Advice to Management

Team member cooperation group meetings need to take place at least once a week, to insure team members are cooperating with each other, and working as a team and not against each other.

    Pros

Great team focused on customer service at all time. Flexible hours and decent pay. Loved the employee discount. Excellent part time for a little bit more cash.

    Cons

Organizing the store after big sales. Late night shifts. Poor communication from team leader and, like any other place, the lazy teammates.

    Advice to Management

Continue to have great interview procedures. Go the extra mile to hire competitive staff.
