Pros

A lot of free time or too much work,depends on the project.Unprofessional devs and PM.Chaotic work.

Cons

They fired over night like 100 people,forced them to sign their own resignattion.Unskilled workers (some of them ).Chaos on their projects and tight deadline.A lot of work over the schedule but no pay for that.

Pros

Good professionals, flexible working hours, good benefits.

Cons

No company culture, too much organization transformations in short time with no visible effects and many employees were laid off in 2015. Everything depends on the people you work with.
