I worked at The Proven Method full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

This place was great for a 20 word minimum sentence and I have nothing else to say right here.

    Cons

Just a pos company. Upper management fills this Glassdoor with "Oh it's great", when for the people at the lowest end of the totem pole, they are stuck getting yelled at by upper management.

    Advice to Management

    Gain a conscious.

I worked at The Proven Method (More than a year)

    Pros

This was my first job out of college and this company really gave me room to grow and learn. I was able to guide my career and change to a position that better suited my skill set. Every person that I worked with treated me well. When I left to pursue other opportunities, the management was very understanding and helpful.

    Cons

The company is located in Buckhead but the building itself was a little old. They were attempting to spruce it up at the time I left.

    Pros

Three-day-per-week WFH policy. Chance to work full stack. Nice group of colleagues. Professional treatment -- they give you your objective and date due and then leave you alone to deliver. Great work/life balance.

    Cons

Nice company to work for but a small consulting firm with smaller projects.

    Pros

There are no pros that I can think of

    Cons

Worst experience of my life. Treated like crap and then tossed aside. Company has not ethics or moral.

    Advice to Management

    Your management model is horrible

    Pros

I was treated as an equal right away, but still given the training resources needed to get up and running.

    Cons

The office is bland. I worked in a room with beige walls and no windows and I think I started to go a little bit crazy.

    Advice to Management

    Put things on the walls!

I worked at The Proven Method (More than 5 years)

    Pros

    - Some smart people here and there, average overall
    - Job in a nice part of Atlanta
    - Flexible hours

    Cons

    - Poor upper and middle management in professional services (or what little there was to speak of)
    - Lack of "real" projects to work on, too many eggs in a one or two baskets
    - Outdated equipment
    - Bland office, ugliest work environment in Atlanta
    - Poor to almost no benefits
    - Little to no diversity

    Advice to Management

Work on actually securing more projects, not cookie cutter jobs using management having past questionable coding experience. No one wants to work in a dungeon, impossible to keep talent with both crappy compensation and visual environment. Stop hiring flops but as they say "trash in, trash out". Not to mention sketchy accounting going on at this organization. Wouldn't be surprised if there were a few in cahoots cooking the books to line their own pockets. Forget about a raise, not happening.

I have been working at The Proven Method full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

The Proven Method offers a great work environment with very bright, fun employees and great leadership. It is truly a place where motivated people can grow their IT Careers, be it in any of the company's focus areas - staffing, software development, or sales. The company is expanding into exciting new markets and offers great incentives to forge into these new territories. If you have good vision, the company's leadership team are highly interested in fostering growth of new ideas. From my experience, working in the main office, there is excellent work/life balance.

    Cons

If you need hand-holding or constantly reinforced direction, this probably isn't the place for you. To succeed here, one needs to be able to consistently produce and work well with little of oversight. You need to be able to take the ball and run with it. That said, there is plenty of mentor-ship available, everyone is there to help, and management is happy to provide the tools needed to get the job done.
